R&D for new business models shouldn't be confused with change management. Create new business model prototypes and test them in the real world until you discover a business model that's worth changing to.
Insight: Use your own journey to transform yourself. Some BIF2016 speakers told stories of transformation that directly resulted from understanding and honoring their own journeys.
